Day One of the Githurai 45 Revival – Edition was more than just a gathering; it was an atmosphere of learning, impartation, and instant healing, with tangible testimonies of God’s power at work. As we step into the last quarter of this Year to Settle, the Lord is speaking to us clearly: It is time to walk in the “Power to Witness.”
A witness is someone who has experienced something and can testify about it. Beloved, the greatest position God has given us on earth is not being a president, a CEO, or a manager—it is being a witness of Jesus Christ.
The Bible says we are ambassadors of Christ. Just like an ambassador represents their nation in a foreign land, you and I are here on assignment to represent the Kingdom of God. This world is not our home—we are only passing through. Our eternal home is in heaven, yet while we are here, Jesus has sent us to act on His behalf.
What an honor—to represent the King of Kings here on earth Hallelujah!
Jesus instructed His disciples, “Do not leave Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high.” (Luke 24:49). Why? Because without the power of the Holy Spirit, we cannot truly witness.
This power is greater than political power, business influence, or human strength. With the Holy Spirit, mountains move, fear departs, and boldness arises.
Even if you’ve been running on empty, spiritually drained and weary, God is here to refill your tank. Just as Jesus breathed peace upon His discouraged disciples and showed them His marks, today He speaks to you: “Peace be with you.” John 20:19 NKJV
When the Holy Spirit fills you, extraordinary things happen:
Remember, the Gospel is not mere words—it is the power of God unto salvation.
Beloved, God is calling you to be a witness in your family, in your workplace, in your city, and beyond. Even before you speak, your life should testify of Christ. But to do this, you need the Power of the Holy Spirit.
This is your season to receive a fresh infilling, to fan into flame the gifts of God, and to walk as a bold ambassador of Christ in this Year to Settle.
Receive the Power to Witness. Walk in it. Live it. Be it.
