Githurai 45 Will Never Remain the Same
Acts 1:8 — “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Beloved in Christ,
The final day of our 3-Day Revival in Githurai 45 was nothing short of prophetic. The Holy Spirit moved with undeniable power, bringing miracles, healing, and breakthrough.
One of the most outstanding testimonies came from a young man who joined us on Day 2—he was unemployed, but by Day 3 he was called with a job offer! Truly, when the Spirit of the Lord comes upon you, everything changes instantly.
This is what we read in the book of Acts: “These are the men who have turned the city upside down.” (Acts 17:6) That is what the baptism of the Holy Spirit does—it turns ordinary men and women into powerful witnesses. Githurai will never remain the same again!

A Prophetic Shift
- If you have been a weak believer, that season is over.
- If you have been falling and rising again, that cycle is broken in Jesus’ name.
- If you have been living in defeat, your dry season has ended.
- Financial dryness is ending.
- Spiritual dryness is ending.
The Holy Spirit is compared to rain. Joel 2:28 says: “And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh.” May this rain pour upon you, washing away every dust of defeat and filling you with new life.
Remember, there are two parties involved in every encounter with the Holy Spirit: Jesus is the giver, and we are the receivers. Receive the power, the rain, and the refreshing today.
How to Witness (6 Ways)
On this final day, the Lord reminded us of six keyways to witness:
- Door-to-door – Like Jesus with the Samaritan woman (John 4), just one person, but this one turned the city upside down. speak to individuals with love and truth.
- Publicly – Share the Gospel in open meetings and public spaces (Acts 20:20). Do not be ashamed of the Gospel.
- Through Love – John 13:34 teaches us that love is our witness. Visit the sick, care for the needy, and let the love of Christ be visible in your actions.
- Through Signs and Wonders – Acts 19:11 shows us that miracles testify of Jesus. Healings and breakthroughs are witnesses of the Kingdom.
- Through Unity – John 17:21 reveals that our oneness is a powerful witness. A united church is unstoppable, but a divided church cannot stand. Let us guard unity with everything we have.
- Through Worship – 1 Corinthians 14:26 reminds us that worship edifies the church. Bring a song, a verse, a revelation—let our gatherings be a witness to the world of God’s presence among us.
The Place of Women in Witnessing
Let me emphasize this truth: women are also witnesses and ministers of the Gospel. The first to witness and proclaim the resurrection of Jesus were women (John 20:18). Paul himself acknowledged women serving alongside him in ministry. There are no barriers in Christ—for in Him, there is neither male nor female (Galatians 3:28).
Conclusion: Be a Witness Everywhere
Beloved, witnessing is not just for Sundays—it is a lifestyle. Be a Christian in your home, in your business, in your studies, in your workplace, and even in your suffering. The early disciples were first called Christians by outsiders because their lives so clearly reflected Christ.
This is your season to succeed, dominate, and flourish. You were not born to try—you were born to thrive. You were created for dominion (Genesis 1:26). The thief may come to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit. Witness with your words, with your love, with your gifts, with your miracles, and with your unity. This is your season of empowerment—walk in it!
Githurai 45 has been turned upside down for Jesus! May your city, your family, and your marketplace also be transformed as you rise in the power of the Holy Spirit.
