The Outpouring of the Holy Spirit
Joel 2:28 — “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.”
Beloved,
Day Two of the Githurai 45 Revival was unforgettable. The heavens opened and the rain poured down—confirming in the natural what God is doing in the Spirit. The Holy Spirit has come upon us like a mighty rain, clearing every dust of dryness, stagnation, and struggle in this year to settle.
Tonight, I speak to someone who thought their story was over: your story is coming back!
The same disciples who were once fearful stood boldly and did exploits after the outpouring of the Spirit. If you came to this meeting feeling dry, not anymore—your season of dryness is over because of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit Compared to Rain
The Bible often compares the Spirit to rain. Deuteronomy 28:12 says, “The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand.”
When the rain comes, blessing follows. In the same way, when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, your life, your work, and your destiny are refreshed.
One outpouring of the Spirit is enough to remove years of dust, cycles of struggle, and obstacles you could not overcome on your own. May God grant you rain without measure in this season.
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
Many good believers love Jesus, but they don’t know about the Holy Spirit—because they have not been taught. Yet, the Spirit is the power source for every true disciple of Christ.
The Bible speaks of different kinds of baptism that we experience as believers. Every believer receives a portion of the Spirit at salvation, but not everyone is baptized in the Holy Spirit. Baptism in the Spirit is an immersion into God’s power—it is what turns powerless believers into powerful witnesses.
How to Be a Witness
God is calling us not just to sit in church, but to be witnesses of Christ everywhere. Here are four ways you can actively witness:
- Door-to-door – Move person to person, house to house, and share the name of Jesus. (Acts 20:20)
- Publicly – Do not be ashamed of the Gospel. Whether on the streets, in crusades, or in open-air meetings, proclaim Christ boldly.
- Through Love – Jesus said in John 13:34, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Genuine love is a powerful witness—when people see Christ’s love in your face, they see Him in you.
- Through Signs and Wonders – Acts 19:11 tells us that God did extraordinary miracles through Paul. The Gospel is power, and this power still transforms lives today.
Call to Action
Beloved, God is raising witnesses in this Year to Settle. He is sending you beyond your comfort zone—into your family, your workplace, your city, and even the nations. Some of you need to put your faith into action by preparing your passport, because your witness will take you across borders. Praise the Lord!
This revival is not just an event; it is a divine activation. The Spirit is pouring out like rain—receive Him, walk in Him, and let your life be a testimony of Jesus Christ.
The outpouring is here. Your dryness is over. Rise and witness in the power of the Holy Spirit!
